Isaiah 2:8-10

International Standard Version

⁸Their land is filled with idols;
they bow down to the work of their hands,
to what their own fingers have made.

⁹“So mankind is humbled,
each human being is brought low,
and^[a] you won’t forgive.”^[b]

The Coming Day of the Lord

¹⁰^[c] “Go into the rocks!
Hide in the dust
to escape^[d] the terror of the Lord
and to escape^[e] the glory of his majesty!^[f]
